Morgan was the first mortgage broker we've ever worked with and it was a great pleasure doing so. She helped find the best fit for our home buying needs and guided our way thru all possible pit falls in front of us, saving us immesurable time, expense and frustration. Every call from and to her was efficiently and professionally done, with the occasional rabbit trail into family experiences which helped lift a heavy load off our shoulders. She always kept us abreast of any action/paperwork needing our attention, even while on her family vacation to Yellowstone. Nothing was left to chance and we completed our home purchase in excellent time. She was able to find the lowest percentage mortgage rate available in this market, all the while showing us how to plan for a possible future mortgage rate retreat. If we ever move again (not for a loooonng time) we will definitely use Morgan Alkire again.
